Yuka Nonas
Yuka received a B.A. in International Relations from the American University of Paris (in Paris, France) and M.A. in International Relations from the University of Tokyo. Additionally, she has studied in the States and U.K. during high school. Yuka speaks English, Japanese and French. Based in Tokyo, she is currently responsible for all UCS operations in Japan and oversees Asia Pacific initiatives.
Shenwei Zhao
Shenwei has close to 15-years of experience as an IT consultant in the US and China. Acting as a CIO/CTO for close to 100 small and medium sized businesses across multiple industries, Mr. Zhao is specialized in establishing infrastructure and maintaining IT operations for US and international companies. Shenwei is a technical partner of an IT service company and also runs an IT and data analytical consulting firm located in Princeton, New Jersey. He’s attended Rutgers University and holds a master’s degree in Information and Communication Science. Fluent in Mandarin he is currently spearheading our trade missions to and from China and Hong Kong.
David Tillery
Dave, based in Washington, DC, obtained his university degree from the University of Maryland in Computer Information Sciences. He oversees, all technical aspects pertaining to UCS. He’s responsible for both client and internal capacities. He’s spent three-years at the US Embassy in Moscow, Russia and three-years at the Embassy in Tokyo, Japan. Dave is half Japanese, comfortable with the language and business ethics.
Dean Todd
Dean is based in Washington, DC. He studied international business at The University of Texas. Having spent much of his life as a US Diplomatic dependant, Dean alternated living between Tokyo, Japan and Washington, DC. This combined with his family background of foreign and government defense services he has developed a wealth of high-level global contacts. After spending seven years in the financial services industry he joined UCS equipped with a SEC Series 7 and 66. Dean became part of UCS since 2010.
Bridget Freihart
Bridget is a recent graduate from New York University. Prior to graduating with her BA she started working with UCS’s internship program. In 2013 she joined UCS fulltime and was promoted to Project Manager spanning many of our industry verticals. She possess extensive knowledge within the arts and entertainment area, due to her passion for music.
Paul Fachetti
Paul spent much of his life living abroad. He graduated high school from the American School in Japan (ASIJ) and attended Temple University Japan. He’s virtually bilingual in English and Japanese. Paul recently returned Temple University in Philadelphia pursuant of his Masters of Science in Urban Planning. He works part-time for UCS as an intern while in school.
Noah Cooper
Noah is pursuing his BS at Baruch College in his native New York City. He completed a Semester at Sea where he sailed the world attending classes onboard. Noah works for UCS in an internship capacity with an emphasis in financial services.
Roland Johnson
Roland holds the title of President at UCS. A seasoned market developer Roland has succeeded in commercializing many UK and EU companies in the US. Specializing in the SaaS space, he holds an extensive knowledgebase of webtech solutions and operations. Originally from England, he has an advanced degree from Oxford University.
Michael Thomas Fachetti
Michael is the CEO and Founder of UCS. His background in-turn is a contributing factor to the formation of the company. He grew up within the US Diplomatic Service which required spending most of his life attending international schools abroad. He has lived in the Philippines, Morocco, Ecuador, Mexico, Korea and Japan. Michael received a degree in Criminology from Temple University Japan and Philadelphia. Post graduation he decided to take up a career in Sales and Communications. Later he moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma to work for the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe of Oklahoma where he resided on the Nation for over one-year. Later he was employed by the Nielsen Company (adweek, Brandweek, Billboard) and Advanstar Communications (Medical Economics) with a focus in developing new digital products and solutions for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies. His book of business included: Fujitsu, GE, McKesson, UBS, PepsiCo, Orange Octopus, Ultimo GT, BNYCM, Spectrum, BRC Cement, Cumulus Media, ECHO Sonar, Sync Tank Music Meta Data, The Dog, SoloPipe, Advanstar Communications and many other companies, in addition to selling enterprise-wide software solutions to Financial institutions and crawl Social media trending tech.
Finally decided to go into business for himself onto which their is a large market niche for. However, the venture was a not a selfish goal. One that would hopefully close the gap in our generation not have being left job stability, high cost of living and underpay. Yet rather a legitimate business who he also knew where to into intertwin well with Gov't Services. Just from his experience growing up it's always been something he wanted to do.
